โจ CRYSTALLIZATION IS A NATURAL PROCESS
Crystallization is not a sign of adulteration or spoilage. Because of honey's physical properties, it naturally tends to crystallize. It's a supersaturated sugar solution, made mainly of two sugars: fructose and glucose.

๐ WHY DOES HONEY CRYSTALLIZE?
Because our honey is sold raw, it can still have small, honey-typical particles like plant components, pollen, yeasts, sugar crystals and beeswax. These are all safe and edible, and they act as starters for the crystallization process.

๐ HOW TO STORE PURE HONEY
Temperature plays a big role. Storing honey in the fridge (or cold areas) is okay, but it can speed up crystallization. We suggest storing it at room temperature.

๐ฑ MY HONEY CRYSTALLIZED! WHAT DO I DO?
No need to worry! Heat some water in a pot. Once hot, turn off the heat and place your honey container in it until the honey turns liquid.
Note: Don't put your honey container in the pot while heating, to avoid losing the natural health benefits of pure honey.
